**About the Orange Movement**

Launched in 2022, the **Orange Movement** is a global initiative led by IIX to **integrate gender equality and climate action into financial markets**. As part of this movement, IIX introduced **Orange Bonds**, the world's first **gender-lens**and **climate-focused** asset class designed to:

- **Mobilize $10 billion** in capital markets by 2030

The **Orange Movement** operates through **strategic partnerships, financial innovation, and advocacy** to **transform global finance** into a more inclusive and sustainable system. The program is currently funded by **Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) for the next three years**, providing a strong foundation for growth. The **Head of the Orange Movement** will be responsible for **executing the current program effectively** while securing additional funding to expand its reach and impact.

**About the Role**:
The** VP of Partnerships & Fundraising at IIX**is a critical leadership role responsible for building and expanding the Orange Movement's global network, securing diversified funding streams, and cultivating strategic partnerships to ensure the movement's long-term sustainability and impact. This role develops and executes comprehensive fundraising and partnership strategies, cultivates relationships with key stakeholders, manages membership programs, secures significant financial commitments, and collaborates closely with the capital-raising team to link fundraising with impact investment opportunities. This high-impact role is responsible for:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global fundraising strategy aligned with the Orange Movement's mission and strategic objectives.
- Identify diverse funding sources (corporations, foundations, impact investors, government agencies, individual donors), setting fundraising targets, and outlining specific fundraising activities.

**2. Partnership Development & Management**
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporations, foundations, impact investors, government agencies, and other strategic partners.
- Identify potential partners whose values and goals align with the Orange Movement, develop partnership proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage collaborative projects.

**3.Corporate Sponsorships**
- Secure multi-year financial commitments from corporate sponsors, developing mutually beneficial sponsorship packages that offer value and recognition to corporate partners while supporting the movement's activities.

**4. Major Donor Cultivation**
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and major donors, developing personalized engagement strategies to secure significant philanthropic contributions.

**5. Institutional Fundraising**
- Develop and manage relationships with foundations, government agencies, and other institutional funders, securing grants and other forms of institutional support for the Orange Movement's programs and initiatives.

**6. Impact Investor Engagement**
- Work closely with impact investors to connect the Orange Movement's fundraising efforts with impact investment opportunities, creating innovative financing mechanisms that blend philanthropic and investment capital.

**7. Membership Program Management**
- Develop and manage membership programs to engage individuals and organizations committed to the Orange Movement's mission.
- Design membership benefits that provide value to members and foster long-term engagement and support.

**8. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely with other teams within IIX, including programs, marketing, communications, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize synergies.
- Work closely with the capital-raising team to link the movement's fundraising with impact investment opportunities.

**9. Fundraising Reporting & Analysis**
- Track and analyze fundraising performance against targets, providing regular reports on progress to leadership and stakeholders.
