**Job Overview**:
Responsible for the member’s engagement and conceptualizing the strategic plans to increase the members’ satisfaction level and engagement.
**Job Responsibities**:
- Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with key existing merchants and new strategic partners for short-term ad-hoc exclusive tie-ups, long-term benefits, and strategic collaborations.
- Identify and source for a good ratio of merchant mix aligning to marketing strategies.
- Maintain good records of all existing concession agreements and ensure timely updates of the database of existing co-partners/discount outlets.
- Derive collaterals and write-ups to publicize and highlight membership benefits to members via various communication platforms
- Source for sponsorship of products, vouchers, and prizes to support membership engagement programmes.
- Work closely with affiliated organisations on exchange of membership benefits as well as to uphold the reciprocal arrangements between parties.
- Compilation of monthly statistics reports for provision of merchants.
- Marketing campaign planning
- Manage the CMS for mobile app and content
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a related field
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator, InDesign, and Media/Video editing and production will be added advantage
- Understanding of social media and integrated marketing campaign planning.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work within tight datelines
- Work well independently as well as in a team
- Some experience in CRM would be advantageous
