We are looking for a key member of our marketing team to drive product availability, visibility, and sales within the trade channels. This is achieved by collaborating with internal sales teams, external partners, and retailers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

**_Key Responsibilities: _**
- Develop trade marketing campaigns and promotional strategies based on product features and targeted markets/channels.
- Develop advertising plans, including writing copy and selecting images for print ads.
- Develop pricing strategies to increase sales without sacrificing profit margins.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and printing partners to ensure that all materials are meeting company standards.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors/suppliers to ensure that products are sold at the best possible price while maintaining profitability.
- Manage the company’s relationship with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and managing inventory levels.
- Business development in new channels for Singapore and a couple of key overseas markets.
- Experience in handling trade exhibition/events, in Singapore and/or overseas.
- Monitor competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct trade visits to audit and ensure that the promotional activities are well executed.
- Meet with various departments to evaluate the trade process and review marketing strategies.
- Evaluate and study the market trends to form effective marketing plans within budget.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute marketing strategies.
- Prepare budget for trade marketing.
- Evaluate post promotion activities with analytics data to all stakeholders.
- Ensure that the brand of the company is upheld.
