**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees and maintains trade spending database across physical and digital accounts, insuring accurate budgets and real time representation of account activity.
- Develop comprehensive alignment and partnership for key marketing activities with third parties.
- Tracking and monitoring of distribution points for relevant accounts to achieve optimal coverage of products.
- Manage day-to-day communication with business development team.
- Keen desire to understand the trade channels and customers, able to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse and prepare reports for business development team use in monthly meeting, key account planning and reviews etc.
- Provide key leadership and analytical support to create effective retail marketing programs and key action plans along with brand marketing & Business Development team.
- Manage the development and implementation of all retail marketing programs with the goal of driving revenue, traffic and cultivating brand awareness across nation.
- Create an annual planning calendar for all marketing and promotional activities to drive trade and brand building initiatives including new product launches, store openings, special events.
- Evaluate and review implemented activity for future planning.
- Define proper merchandising, POSM guidelines to capture opportunity at POS.
- Any other assignments by immediate superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience as a marketer, product marketing or trade marketing for or in FMCG related industry, both B2B and/or B2C.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinking with sharp analytical skills and possess problem-solving skills, an eye for detail.
- Possess good time management skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Team player with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Able to commence work immediately, will be preferred.
