**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare written and verbal quotations to customers timely and accurately.
- Handle sales order processing and administrative functions.
- Work closely with Sales team to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with colleagues of all departments ensuring timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on inquires through communication channels, always maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Actively promote the Company brand to establish and develop new leads with potential customers.
- Support the development of new and existing products.
- Bookkeeping of customers’ transactions, complaints, and all necessary records.
- Arranging hotel, travel accommodation for Sales team as needed for overseas job.
- Create, manage, follow up all maintenance contract before the deadline.
- Generate and issue warranty certificate after product delivered.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year related experience in a Sales Support
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
