
Admin & Accounts Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support
- To assist senior to handle fullset of accounts;
- Handle daily accounting duties and operations;
- Preparation of accounting schedules and financial statements and reports;
- Assist to complete ad-hoc assignments and projects;
- Knowledge/experience in ERP/common account software, preferably Sage X3;
**Requirements**:
- Higher diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline;
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in using MS Word and Excel;
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work within a team;
- Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills;
- Vision of personal career development to next level with us;
- Immediate availability/able to start work within short period preferred.
Qualification
- Tertiary education or above
- 2-3 Years of working experience added advantage.
- Fresh graduates of all levels are welcome.
