1. Role Description:
This position report to the Operation Manager.
The Trainee have to research and develop marketing and sales strategies for the company. The Trainee's job is to drive sales by researching and implementing targeted marketing strategies. The Trainee is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships and tracking sales data.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
1. Trainee would be able to contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies. Trainee would be able to help detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
3. Trainee would be able to keep informed of current marketing strategies and trends so that he will be able to propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications during the monthly meeting.
4. Trainee would be able to implement and adhere to company policies and procedures. Trainee would be able to track sales data.
5. Trainee would be able to launch optimized online adverts through social media to increase company's awareness. Trainee would be able to analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
6. Trainee would be able to plan and execute all digital marketing plans on social media platforms and website. Trainee would also be able to design, build and maintain a positive, strong and growing social media presence. Trainee would be able to develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions.
