Roles & Responsibilities
1. Role Description:
Finance Manager oversee the financial operations of an organization. They advise on investment plans, monitor the company's finances and produce financial reports. They work closely with director to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company's long-term objectives.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. The trainee shall design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
2. The trainee will be guide on understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
3. The trainee will be guide on tips to achieve growth and hit sales targets
4.The trainee will present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the director 5. The trainee shall implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
2. Competencies:
1. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives 4. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Promoting the organization and products.
5. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3,200
