**Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**
- A face-to-face or over-the-phone interaction with customers for they should be developed to understand customers' expectations, and be able to respond effectively with solution(s) to fulfill the customer's needs. By evaluating company development and monitoring market trends, use of sales forecasting, strategic planning, and pricing fixing to assure the sale and profitability of products or services.
- To have strategic thinking, to manage overall operations that will provide

a broader look with defining goals, and priorities and will help the company grow and prosper. Oversee daily activities and supervise the hiring, training, and evaluation of marketing personnel.
- Formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance. Ready to mentor his/her team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, and implement best practices across all levels. Responsible for contributing to their organization's financial performance. To implement enhancement initiatives, strategic management that requires achieving the company's primary objective
