**Job Description**:
**What the Analyst, Fintech Partner Enablement does at Visa**:
Based in Singapore, the Analyst, Fintech Partner Enablement is part of the team that is responsible for enabling new Fintechs partners go live with Visa and managing enabler partners across the AP region.

This role is responsible for managing and/or supporting the relationships with key third-party issuer processors and BIN sponsors across the region, with the aim of driving Visa preference amongst _their_ client set and ensuring that all priority markets across AP has adequate coverage of enablers to support Fintechs everywhere to launch in Visa.

He or she shall implement and execute signed Fintech partners with key enablers to adapt as well as promote Visa capabilities that are typically highly complex, strategic and cross-functional in nature. The individual will be required to work collaboratively across Visa’s Core Product and Digital Solutions teams as well as other stakeholders such as Processing, CyberSource, Risk, Finance, Legal and Marketing.

The analyst will be responsible for Client Go To Market Program Management and would work with Fintech Business Development and Account Managers together with the Client Services Team to onboard Visa’s Strategic Digital Partners. He or she would drive the execution and implementation of deals with key clients and would be measured against number of activations and/or client go live versus committed timeline and project plan.

The Analyst will be primarily measured on two fronts:
Closely engage enabler partners to help drive preference to Visa and promote adaption of Visa capabilities with digital partners, making this one of the most critical sales and partnerships roles in the region. Seamless onboarding of Visa’s new Visa clients, establishing them on the Visa network so they can make and take payments

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in a business, commercial or technology discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in either financial services, technology platform or a startup
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- An ability to juggle multiple priorities, providing high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort working in a complex and often ambiguous environment
- A willingness to learn and the ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple

disciplines and organizational groups
- A quality leader or people, supporting and nurturing a team of 2 high performing individuals to exceed
- Above all, you will need to be a highly motivated self-starter, with a can-do attitude and ability to collaborate
