Job Responsibilities

As a Legal Counsel - FinTech Privacy professional, you will work collaboratively with a team of lawyers and privacy compliance analysts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of data processing activities within proposed financial products and services.
  • Performing Data Protection Risk Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Providing ad-hoc legal advice on privacy and fintech matters regionally, including disclosure requirements and data management policies.
