Senior Research Analyst

Kapronasia, an Atlas Technologies Group company, is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our Singapore team. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the opportunity to contribute to content development within the finance and FinTech sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Suggest relevant and impactful topics for white papers, blogs, and research briefs that align with client messaging and strategic needs. Develop detailed outlines and coordinate kickoff discussions with clients to scope project requirements.
- Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative research to analyze trends in the financial services sector, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Author well-structured, analytically rich reports and content that provide strategic insights, ensuring alignment with client goals and messaging.
- Manage client interactions and reviews to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior research analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation while ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.

**Job Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of content marketing/thought leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact research projects.
- Deep knowledge of the FinTech and financial services industry
- Highly analytical mindset
- Strong writing skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
