The organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior FinTech professional to take on a Business Analyst role within the FinTech - Trading sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various FinTech applications, ensuring smooth project execution, and overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in key project activities such as market research, requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, training, and implementation.
- Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to guide product decisions.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate product performance after launch.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all team members are aligned on project tasks.
- Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in the FinTech - Trading industry.
- Knowledge with software development and web technologies is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Chinese-speaking clients.
