- Strong passion in leading, coaching and nurturing a sales team
- Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and recruitment of consultants.
- Setting and tracking individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Coordinating with internal departments on lead generation.
- Conduct ongoing training of your salespeople.
- A recognized degree in a relevant field
- Experienced in managing a team is preferred
- Strong leadership, people management & interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the financial industry regulations & compliance requirements
- Possess relevant accreditation (M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
