**1. Role Description**

This position reports to the Director and is responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies aligned and in conjunction with the sales strategy that drive client acquisition, client satisfaction and retention, and consultant ratings with institutional clients.

**2. Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:

- Driving sales growth by planning, coordinating and executing brand and product launches, digital marketing campaigns.
- Securing and building business channels by soliciting and establishing trade and marketing collaborations / partnerships.
- Assist with other marketing/project activities as required.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Generating new business leads.

**3. Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and at the same time a team player.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing & media relations, various marketing disciplines and product management.
- Ability to influence business outcomes using marketing levers
