**Responsibilities**:
Strong interpersonal skills are also important as the role will involves helping to manage our industry relationships with exchanges, vendors, and other businesses. This includes being a pivotal role in helping co-ordinate the company’s efforts in both US and Chinese markets and working with exchange and broker representatives. As such,** proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.**

The Business Development Associate role also involves researching new opportunities. This requires someone who is a strong self starter and can gather information, start new counterparty relationships and succinctly analyze the information to help management make effective decisions for the business.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a strong analytical focus
- Experience or a keen interest in finance and trading
- Expertise in Excel and other similar software (VBA preferable)
- Experience working with exchanges or Proprietary trading experience **strongly** preferred
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Interest in researching new opportunities and developing relationships with business partners
- Flexibility with hours to support working in a global environment
