**Your day at NTT DATA**

**What you'll be doing**
- Guides on identifying talent needs, creating recruitment plans, and executing effective hiring strategies.
- Guides on set up and optimization of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring it is streamlined, efficient, and compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Stays updated on recruitment technology trends and leverage relevant tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) to optimize the recruitment process.
- Acts as an ambassador for NTT GDC’s employer brand, promoting its values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Drives continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices, seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment outcomes and processes.
- Collaborates with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results.
- Manages external recruiting vendors effectively and independently.
- Performs any other related task as required.

**Professional skills**:

- Degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition across APAC and Japan, ideally in the Data Center industry or related industries
- Advanced background in developing and executing talent acquisition plans in alignment with organizational goals
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment
- Demonstrated experience with Workday or similar HCM
- Ability to develop and analyze relevant KPI’s to make informed decisions and optimize processes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
