This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences that boost loyalty and retention rates.
**The Impact You Will Have**:
- **Own the Renewal Process**: Lead and manage the entire renewal lifecycle, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
- **Proactive Risk Mitigation**: Analyze and forecast renewal risks up to 180 days prior to contract expiration, addressing potential challenges before they arise.
- **Exceed Targets**: Drive your assigned territory to consistently surpass quarterly and annual renewal bookings goals.
- **Insightful Reporting**: Deliver clear, actionable, and data-driven updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- **Strategic Collaboration**: Partner with sales, customer success, and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk accounts and design effective churn mitigation strategies.
- **Culture of Excellence**: Foster a high-performance, customer-first team culture rooted in integrity and collaboration.
**What We Look For**:
- **Experience**: 4+ years in a SaaS customer-facing role, with direct renewals experience preferred and a proven history of delivering high on-time renewal rates.
- **Industry Expertise**: A strong understanding of enterprise IT, Big Data, and the financial drivers that fuel business success across industries.
- **Negotiation & Strategy**: Demonstrated ability to craft winning deals, negotiate effectively, and drive customer outcomes that balance value and profitability.
- **Data-Driven Storytelling**: Adept at turning complex data into compelling narratives to influence stakeholders and inspire action.
- **Leadership & Collaboration**: Proven ability to partner/strategically lead alongside senior leaders, navigate escalations, and deliver mutually beneficial resolutions for customers and the business.
- **Analytical Strength**: Sharp attention to detail and the ability to distill complex datasets into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
