Lead a team multi-discipline Package Engineers
- Prepare purchase specifications, equipment data sheets for RFQ
- Coordinate the bid clarification and technical evaluation process of the bids
- Perform interface management between the Vendors, the yard and Owner
- Review and checks documents and drawings from the Vendors to ensure compliance with specification
- Ensure that yard drawings adequately captures Vendor’s details and requirements
- Monitor, control and report Vendor’s progress against the plan to ensure on time completion and delivery against the plan
- Prepare the yard FAT procedure, review and approve Vendor’s FAT procedure
- Coordinate and attend FAT
- Approve Vendor’s Packing list and coordinate delivery of the Vendor Package
- Perform periodic to site to confirm equipment readiness for installation, for completion and for vendor call-outs
- To perform inspection upon delivery
- Support site installation and completion of the Vendor Package
- Ensure that Vendor’s requirements are adequately carried out during installation
- Manage overall Vendor Call Outs
- Responsible for daily management and interface for Vendors Site Service Engineers
- Review SAT/ CTPs to ensure that test procedures are in line with Vendor’s requirements
- Lead / support site pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Vendor Package
- Reports to Commissioning Manger during the Commissioning phase of the Project
- Final documentation close out with Vendor
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities when tasked by Section Manager/Project director

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A diploma/ degree from recognized tertiary institute
- Possess positive and willing to learn attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and Able to work in A fast-paced environment
