**Job Title:** Food Factory Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of our packaging department.

This is a key position that requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement production plans, ensuring packaging aligns with production schedules.
  • Packaging Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the packaging department, including maintaining equipment, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all packaging processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate packaging teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Material Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and efficient use of packaging materials, including forecasting and inventory control.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure packaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
