**Job Responsibilities**:

- Packaging sustainability conceptual design, identify and develop innovative packaging solutions that support our sustainability and performance goals.
- Drive and coordinate packaging projects with internal departments & suppliers to accelerate the packaging design.
- Lead projects with increased complexity and scope and be required to effectively manage multiple projects with mínimal assistance and supervision; be the absolute best at working independently and meeting tight, high-pressured deadlines.
- Proficient in 3D CAD, able to create packaging designs & generate technical drawing by using 3D CAD software.
- Able to analyze root cause of failures and generate validated solutions immediately.
- Review and validate packaging standard operational procedures.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Degree or diploma holder with minimum 5 years’ experience in Packaging/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Must be independent and resourceful
- Good communication skills to work closely with various relevant parties
- Proven teamwork capabilities and flexibility
