Staffing Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to provide expert guidance and support in establishing a new medical department. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned staff member to develop and implement a structured framework, assess workload demands, manage recruitment, and onboard qualified medical professionals.

The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background, prior experience in doctors hiring, and a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance and support in establishing a new medical department.
  • Developing, planning, and implementing a comprehensive framework to achieve departmental goals.
  • Assessing workload demands, managing recruitment, and onboarding qualified medical professionals/clinicians to sustain operations and services.
  • Evaluating staff turnover trends and implementing strategies to enhance manpower retention and fill rates.
  • Identifying workforce gaps and collaborating with department leaders to address staffing needs proactively.
  • Contributing to initiatives that enhance service quality and patient safety through continuous improvement projects.
  • Introducing and standardizing best practices, policies, and protocols to strengthen the department's human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification or Diploma in HR Management will be an advantage.
  • Prior healthcare experience in doctors hiring is essential.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
