Canon Medical Systems Asia is based in Singapore and serves customers throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

We are seeking an Angiography Department Manager to join our team in Singapore that provides excellent support to the organisation. This is a unique role that requires clinical experience as a core portfolio and strategic marketing management & execution as a secondary portfolio.

**Job Responsibilities
To lead the department and manage the successful delivery of the Angiography solutions in the CMA’s region, resulting in maximizing profitability for Angiography business.
- Be responsible to develop and implement tactical and strategic downstream solutions, marketing plans while ensuring that the programs support the Angiography business objectives and company financial goals
- This position is focused on working with other Department Managers to increase Angiography solutions transactions and growing the pipeline based on Angiography value
- As a primary interface point of contact for Company, you will act as the product management and the strategic development lead. Success is based on growing Angiography revenue, profit and customer base, energizing the sales channels across the region.
- Working with a diverse, multicutural, cross-functional global team
- Degree or Diploma in Radiography, Medical Physics, Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years or related experience in the healthcare sector
- Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategyExperience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts
- Can-do attitude, intellectually curious and have a flexible mindset
- Technical and Clinical expertise in Imaging modalities, Angiography backgrounds preferred
- Demonstrated business management and resources allocation skills including business plan development
- Previous experience working with channel partners is preferred
- Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation skills
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time

**Special Competencies Requirement
- People management experience (You will be managing a team of 1)
- Good knowledge of the diagnostic imaging and intervention market
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and lead the angiography team
- Works in a well-organized manner consistently meeting customer and Canon Medical deadlines
- Sales and marketing leader, with strong business/sales acumen and customer focus values
