**Duties and Responsibilities**
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the daily activities of the company operations. These activities include but are not limited to: Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Import/Export, Accounting, Purchasing, Employee recruitment, Payroll, and Training, Facilities Safety
- Develop the standard procedures for all the company operations, ensure all the operations in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and rules.
- Provides administrative support to the HR Department, answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, employee payroll questions, payroll processing etc.
- Assist CEO in the management of daily activities of the company operations.
- Responsible for document & file management of the company, and submit them to headquarter for review and backup.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ working experience in Medical Device company
- Strong PC skills. Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
