Medical Department Supervisor
Seeking a professional with expertise in human resource management to lead our medical department.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals and provide strategic guidance on HR matters.
- Implement best practices and policies to enhance staff retention and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and communicate organizational vision and strategy.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to HR metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; a postgraduate qualification or Diploma in HR Management will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in doctors hiring is mandatory.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, train, evaluate, and develop a high-performing team of medical professionals.
- Develop and implement effective communication channels within the department.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR metrics.
