Job Title:

Medical Department Supervisor

Seeking a professional with expertise in human resource management to lead our medical department.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals and provide strategic guidance on HR matters.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in doctors hiring is mandatory.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, train, evaluate, and develop a high-performing team of medical professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective communication channels within the department.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR metrics.
