Insights and Analytics Lead, Metro Asia, J&J Consumer Health

We are recruiting for a Senior Manager, Consumer Business Intelligence to be located in Singapore or Bangkok, Thailand.

In this role, you will be building consumer and customer analytics & insights capabilities for the Metro Asia Consumer Health business (Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam) and enable data-based decision making We are seeking a dynamic leader who can lead and transform the business by focusing on new ways of getting consumer insights through analysis of real-time data that fuels our competitive edge through better and faster decisions. This role will be responsible for coordinating, integrating, and translating consumer, marketplace, competitive and professional insights across all the key Consumer Health categories in Metro Asia (Baby Care, Oral Care, Skin Health, Self-care) to build impactful plans in the market.

**Your Role**:

- Elevate the voice of the consumer within the organization. Identify and champion key growth opportunities and help management mitigate risk. Be a strategic advisor to the Sales and Marketing team on both strategy and tactics.
- Partner with the marketing team to build best in class consumer profiles and insights for personalized marketing experiences, commercial innovations and new product launches
- Work with the e-commerce team in assessing key fundamentals, and analytics to drive strong growth
- Drive real-time insights and analytics capabilities including social listening, brand health understanding, etc
- Improve ROI of our brand activities via market mix modeling and other agile initiatives
- Build compelling customer stories based on strong shopper and channel insights

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Market Research or Business Administration is required.
- Advanced degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other related fields with emphasis in quantitative methods is preferred.
- 8+ years of data driven marketing/ consulting /strategic planning experience is required.
- Experience working for CPG marketer is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of personalizing consumer experience through building personas. Strategic agility, focus on results, passion for keeping up with media and technology trends
- Can work independently, with some guidance from senior function or business leadership.
- Ability to think differently and creatively, to develop and share best-in-class methodologies and frameworks, formally and informally coach people.
- Ability to persuasively communicate orally and through presentations and written documents, make a strong impression in meetings and in one-on-one interactions.
- Ability to develop, maintain and grow the network of agency partners and internal cross-functional team members
- Extensive knowledge of data sources available in the marketplace with hands on experience with developing insights from unstructured data
