What you will do
The talent partner will be responsible for the identification, assessment & delivery of professional talent across key markets in
Metro Asia that will provide Kenvue a competitive advantage. You will bring deep expertise and market knowledge while
the engagement and connection of critical and diverse talent pools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent access strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay up to date with market intelligence, diversity sourcing, industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to attract
top talent.

- Create and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent access team.
**Qualifications**:
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with an MNC. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related
field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment and delivering consistent results.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box when it comes to recruitment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Ability to manage and motivate junior staff and empower peers to grow.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with recruitment software and systems.
