Job Description:

We're seeking a Senior Talent Access Partner to join our team in Metro Asia. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you'll be responsible for identifying, assessing, and delivering professional talent that will drive business growth and success.

">

You'll work closely with our leadership teams to understand hiring needs, align on talent strategies, and deliver effective recruitment outcomes tailored to each market. Your expertise will help us build a sustainable candidate pipeline and drive a best-in-class candidate experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">

- Develop a deep understanding of our organization's long-term strategies and identify key talent requirements

">

- Establish a collaborative relationship with business leaders to provide recommendations and talent insights

">

- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and stakeholders

">

- Collaborate with our global teams to design impactful campaigns and promote our employer brand value

">

What We're Looking For:

">

A minimum of Post Graduation degree and 8-10 years of recruiting experience is required. You'll need to have excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

">

Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment across Southeast Asia and ANZ is essential, along with a strong understanding of local talent markets and hiring practices.
