Talent Acquisition Specialist (Luxury Retail) Singapore

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic and multicultural team in Singapore. This role will attract and retain talent from all over the world for various retail roles across Asia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
  2. Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
  3. Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations to access top-tier applicants.
  4. Develop networks and partnerships to proactively build a strong candidate pipeline.
  5. Identify ways to improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
  6. Manage stakeholder relationships; collaborate with line managers and business leaders to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
  7. Promote organizational culture by planning and executing cultural activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in luxury retail is an advantage
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  • High ethical standards, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in target-driven roles
  • Excellent communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
