**Responsibilities**
- Assist in implementation of special projects from time to time involving inter-department and customers liaison
- Handle the requirements for the BondbloX Exchange project, including new clients tracking, webinar coordination, and customer servicing to coordinate with the Client Accounts and Finance department
- Assist in private equity fund marketing and any client administration work
- Perform secretarial and general administrative duties for the department
- Manage and schedule meetings, appointments and travel & accommodation arrangements
- Work with and assist the team to gather company news, research or information from Bloomberg
- Organise and maintain timely and accurate record keeping for our transactions
- Organise and plan events when required
- Assist and cover assigned work from the Structured Finance unit
- Handle claims and reimbursements
- Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned by the Head of Department

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Meticulous and well-organized with sense of urgency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Powerpoint, and able to use modern video conferencing (e.g. zoom, voov, teams, etc.)
- Experience in Bloomberg will be an added advantage
