**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Membership department.
- Maintain a database associated with membership, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Complete all appropriate paperwork and procedures in a timely manner for new, resigned, and absent members, as well as for any membership changes.
- Ensure effective communication between the club and members.
- Assist in communicating and coordinating information between the club and the members.
- Assist with membership events.
- Prepare membership kits for all new members.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures
- Assist other departments and staff members as time permits, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
- Meticulous and resourceful
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
