Financial Controller/ Senior Finance Manager with Real Estate Conglomerate

Our client is a conglomerate which is well established in the real estate industry. The co allows WFH arrangement for 1 day per week.

For this role, you will manage a team and perform the following functions:

- Responsible for the Group financial and management reporting, properties operational accounting and controls/compliance matters
- Review monthly accounts for the various entities
- Prepare and oversee monthly consolidation and quarterly rolling forecasts. Provide the required variance analysis
- Prepare/review monthly reporting to trustee and head office
- Prepare/review SGXNet announcement and quarterly board papers
- Prepare/review annual budget and manage budget process
- Prepare/review financial statements and annual reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, regulatory and SGX/MAS requirements
- Develop/update financial and operational policies and implement appropriate internal controls
- Review and offer improvement suggestions to enhance existing internal controls or improve finance work processes
- Liaise with trustee, internal and external auditors, tax agents and external service providers
- Work on other matters assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- A CA/CPA with a degree in Accounting
- **Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with preferably at least 3 years in big four audit firms**:

- **Exposure gained with SGX listed companies or real estate companies is required**:

- **Knowledge of SGX and MAS requirements is useful but this is not a must**:

- Hands-on and able to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast paced and timeline driven environment
- Has good staff management experience
- Dependable, detailed with good problem-solving capabilities.
- Has strong stakeholder management skills with strong interpersonal and people skills.
