**The Company**

Be part of a local listed real estate player with a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate in Asia. Due to business expansion, we are recruiting for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager with proven track record in the real estate industry.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a team, you will be responsible for overseeing the investment portfolio globally and monitoring the financials, cashflows, loan covenants, internal controls, planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, developing regional financial and tax strategies for the group. Other key responsibilities include monitoring of treasury requirements, and you will also support capital management and M&A activities. It is essential to ensure compliance with financial internal controls and financial policies and procedures. You will also work closely with auditors, tax consultants, legal counsel, company secretaries, bankers etc to ensure the compliance with all statutory reporting and regulatory requirements.

**Your Profile**

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant and have a Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience from both Big 4 Audit and Commercial firms (within the real estate industry). It is essential to have technical competency in real estate investment transactions. We are looking for a experienced Senior Finance Manager who is decisive, analytical and possesses excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
