Sales and Admin Coordinator

**Working Location**: Jurong East
**The Opportunity**:
Our client is a leading canned food distributor for many common brands that can be found in super & hyper markets. Established since the 1950's, they are a pioneer in this industry and have also well established themselves as a reputable brand in their domain. They are now in search of a Sales and Admin Coordinator to help with the servicing of their existing customer base and to grow their ever expanding business portfolio.Job Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, and routing calls as necessary.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Providing good customer service and to understand customers needs and identifying of potential sales opportunities.
Handling of potential customers' enquiries, complaints and gather feedback/comments on products/services and direct it to the relevant personnel in-charge.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Up-selling products and services to customers
Coordinate with the sales & warehouse team to ensure efficient customers’ satisfaction and timely delivery
**Job Requirements**:
Prior experience in a sales admin/coordinating or support role would be advantageous
To possess a Certificate/Diploma in any field of study
Good interpersonal and communication skills
