**Job Description**:

- Provide administrative & clerical support to sales team (quotation, orders, invoice, reports)
- Coordinating with sales team & delivery team on daily delivery schedules/operations
- Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Assist to arrange collection from suppliers
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- At least 1-year relevant working experience as sales admin coordinator
- Knowledge of using MS Excel & Words
- Initiative and high level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, positive working attitude, willing to learn, multi-tasking, team player
- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
