**Sales and Admin Coordinator**:

- Support the sales team in orders processing (quotations, sales contracts, delivery orders, invoicing) and payment follow up.
- Provide administrative support for various processes like tender bidding, progress claims and prepare various reports when necessary.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Oversee project coordination by liaising with developers, clients, architects, main contractors & quantity surveyor.
- Handle customer feedback and provide after-sales support when necessary.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Sales Director.
- Fair remuneration based on experience + company benefits.
- Part-time / Flexi-work hours will be considered as well.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: at least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Permanent Position
- Prior experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication and responsibility.
- Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Local Talent preferred
