You will manage the outsourced assembly and test (OSAT) team to drive several initiatives pertaining to production planning and control:
In your new role you will:

- Manage the **outsourced assembly and test (OSAT **) team to drive several initiatives pertaining to **production planning and control**:

- Subcontractors’ **delivery fulfillment, demand planning, **cycle time and workflow **improvements.
- Manages the **Supply Chain of materials **from Assembly to Test Loading, ensuring optimal inventories level and excellent delivery performance to meet customer expectations
- Work with internal stakeholders on **customers' demand plan**:

- Monitor the execution of **production plan **and resolve potential issues timely and effectively
- Ensure **inventories at the subcontractor **s are at an optimal level and in alignment with the internal system
- Drive improvements in **cycle time proactively**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Graduate of **Engineering **or any business related course.
- Minimum **5 years of planning, coordination and scheduling production experience **in manufacturing environment preferably **semiconductor industry **.
- Effective writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge on **logistics, business process **and relevant IT tools ( **SAP, Workstream **).
- Customer oriented and good understanding of **Supply Chain process **, inventory control and management.
- Good level of pro-activeness and able to **handle subcon **to management discussion.
