Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

Responsible for backend operations planning and controlling manufacturing execution process, production planning and data management related process/tool digitalization project and oneSAP rollout.

In your new role you will:

- Collaborate with corporate supply chain team to implement **production planning **and data management related process and tool projects,including new workflow.
- Work with **production planning **and data management team to identify and **implement opportunities for digitalization **in current process /workflow.
- Participate in **manufacturing execution process **audit and drive closure for any findings, define measures and improvement to meet process compliance.
- Responsible for **oneSAP **rollout at outsourcing assembly and test production site and ensure jointly agreed deliverables with operations planning and controlling are met.
- Support **oneSAP **sustaining system / process / operation to meet production planning and data management defined KPI target.
- Develop and implement **manufacturing execution process **training program (include documentation) to ensure operation-defined KPI targets are met.
- Collaborate with supplier enabling team to enable new supply chain route or production partner in accordance to operation planning and controlling business process framework.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Minimum **5 years of relevant experience **in **Semiconducto **r Planning,Process and /or **Manufacturing.**:

- **Bachelor Degree **in Supply Chain / Business Administration /Engineering field.
- Relevant experience in semiconductor industry, experience in **managing OSAT partner, **IT experience with project management **and skillset is preferred.
- **Knowledge in SAP **will be an added **advantage**:

- Ability to drive projects and implementation through cross-functional team (internal & external)
- Strong in analytical and excellent communication skillset to engage both management and working level
