Senior Staff Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling
- Responsible for resources planning and utilization for Final Test in the rolling forecast horizon to achieve business growth while managing high loading, drive and build business case for investment

In your new role you will:

- Responsible for **resources planning **and utilization for Final Test in the ro **lling forecast horizon **to achieve business growth while **managing high loading**:

- Responsible to drive and **build business case for investment**:

- Collaborate with business division, test development and engineering team to challenge and drive test planning premises **to meet cost target and delivery **(plan vs actual governance)
- Participate in **new product ramp-up **and drive **new capacity setup**:

- Responsible to **analyse, build scenario **and **drive projects **to improve test performance
- **Ownership to deliver all FRFC/TCR/LTCR demand and capacity **to enable segment strategic framework and action on Target cost roadmap planning
- Responsible to **provide planning report **to various supporting functional groups such as Finance, Operations and other stakeholders
- **Drive projects **relating to capacity/demand transfer between different sites and/or supply chain planning system/processes

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering with 8 years of working experience in **semiconductor manufacturing planning position.**:

- Be proactive and able to work independently, and able to lead a topic of discussion, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
- **Experience as a technical leader **and remain focused and work efficiently under pressure whilst handling multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge on **SAP will be an advantage.**
