We are seeking an experienced Operations Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with project leaders, team members and production supervisors to prioritize work according to delivery schedules.
Main Responsibilities:- Forecast planning and scheduling of production orders based on demands and available resources
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing
- Monitor material availability for production continuity
- Plan, control and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid high stock inventory
- Diploma/degree holder in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/MRP knowledge preferred
- Mandarin language proficiency is essential for liaison work with Chinese counterparts and customers
