**Remuneration**:

- Permanent position
- Basic up to $12,500 + 2 months Variable Bonus
- Company Shares allocation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive/Coordinate talent programs, including talent selection, engagement and development.
- Facilitate succession planning with senior management and HR Business leaders.
- Facilitate periodic Talent Review meetings with senior management and HR Business leaders.
- Recommend and drive solutions/initiatives in Talent and Learning agenda
- Facilitate Learning Needs Analysis and implement Total Learning Plan
- Design learning interventions and ensure implementation
- Source learning solutions
- Implement e-learning solutions
- Be responsible of the Learning Management Systems
- Manage/Coordinate internship, sponsorship program and engagement

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 years’ experience in Talent management, L&D, talent development, organizational development, professional development, or other related people field
- Experience in **both **Talent Management and Learning is a must
- Experience in designing and leading onsite and online L&D initiatives
- Proven ability to get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization
- Proven skills with managing multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to work to tight timescale
