Head of Talent team/Vice President of Talent Network at Granite Asia

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with portfolio companies to lead the end-to-end executive recruitment activities and ensure the entire recruitment process is streamlined and efficient.
  • Maintain and expand innovative recruiting channels.
  • Develop talent mapping reports for target companies in the SEA region based on business needs.
  • Generate timely and accurate data/metrics on recruitment activities and provide meaningful reporting to management.
  • Operational support for talent activities in related fields.
  • Other activities assigned by the leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 10-15 years of executive recruiting experience, both in internet and industrial practices.
  • In-depth understanding of talent markets, labor regulations, and other HR policies across Southeast Asian countries.
  • Broad knowledge and demonstrated success, utilizing different channels for identifying the candidate pools.
  • Good project management skill to handle different TA projects.
  • Strong communications, negotiation and influencing skills to manage stakeholders, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and proactive in exploring new area; high adaptability in high pressure intensity with resilience.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin skill.
  • Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language (e.g., Bahasa, Tagalog, Vietnamese) is a plus.
