You will be partnering the Human Resource Talent Network (TN) team attracting Emerging Talents to join the organization and supporting project management activities in various Talent Network programs.
In your new role you will:
**Talent Attraction and Sourcing**
- Be a **Brand Partner **supporting employer branding campaigns / events with the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and active/passive sourcing.
**Talent Programs and Insights**
- **Organize, track and update progress **of various **Talents Network **Programs **connecting with multiple stakeholders across HR and the Business. i.e. apprenticeship, Employer referral program, Talent marketing / outreach activities etc.
- Dive into **insights and research **for key functions analytics on open demands of current and future persona or workforce intelligence.
- **Participate and support **Talent Network **projects **to improve processes and programs in University Relations, Student Attraction, and Talent Attraction.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fast learner, work independently on multiple tasks with a driver-attitude and initiative-taking to reach out to HR Team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and facilitate discussions
- Committed to a **24-month contract period **with job rotation exposure, managed by Infineon’s contingency staffing partner.
