This position reports to the COO and interfaces with the business leaders and people team through structured, clear and impactful communications through different media. Growfi is committed to

open communications and employee engagement, enabling employees to stay connected to their workplace, understand their organization’s purpose and strategy, identify with its values, and develop a sense of belonging by understanding how they contribute to its wider purpose.

**What we envision the role to be**:

- Design, develop and implement employee communication strategy and flow of messages across the organization.
- Educate and train managers the importance of communicating and listening, and to be effective in having conversations with their staff and addressing difficult situations.
- Steward the employee communications function under group human resources and manage the full lifecycle of planning, executing and after-action review.

**What we hope to find in you**:

- Excellent people person and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies well.
- Strong writing skills, proven track record in marketing and communications roles.
- An eye for brand principles.
- Passion for people development and engagement.
