Singapore US Administration for Children and Families Full time

**Duties**:

- Assists in the development of policy and procedures, special programs and project activities, studies, and correspondence, and supports evaluative activities across the office in support of the Tribal Engagement Division.
- Contributes to concept and recommendation papers resulting from an in-depth review and analysis of existing programs, research materials and ideas relative to generating improvements in tribal engagement across ACYF. Contributes to and reviews draft briefing and summary papers and other documents for use within ACYF, ACF and the Department.
- Prepares preliminary agendas, background documentation, speeches, presentations and lessons learned. Chronicles results and determines use of results for follow-up on initiatives, goals and objectives. Prepares written work products that are clear, concise, complete and well-organized.

- There is no mandatory education requirement for this position. All individuals with experience living and/or working in tribal communities are encouraged to apply.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**GS-11**: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the **GS-09** level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing (3) of the (4) duties listed below:

- Maintaining working relationships with agencies and/or organizations impacting tribal communities;
- Assisting in planning and/or carrying out projects to meet goals of tribal programs;
- Identifying and/or resolving program issues impacting tribal operations;
- Utilizing oral and/or written communication to express information (i.e. engaging impacted communities, preparing clear and concise written work products).

**OR**

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M, if related.
