**About the Role**:
It’s an exciting time within Olympus as we shape our IT function into a Global IT operating model. As such, we are seeking to appoint a full time **Communication, Change & Engagement Analyst **to join our Global IT / Strategy & Transformation Function / Strategy, Change & Engagement team throughout the APAC region.
Reporting to the Communication, Change & Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of the Global IT comms, change & engagement strategy.
- Work closely with the Olympus Corporate Communications team and Legal/HR requirements to understand Olympus’ communication standards and procedures.
- Develop a framework to measure and monitor the effectiveness of communications in enhancing awareness, productivity, and engagement for the employees of the organisation.
- Conduct change impact assessment’s, speaking to stakeholders from all relevant business functions to assess the impact of proposed changes.
- Conduct learning needs analysis, determining what training materials need to be created to support the implementation of changes.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, communications, Marketing or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a role within a comms, change and engagement function in an international commercial organisation
- At least 2 years of experience in supporting various IT solutions or other types of technology-driven business change, preferably as a communications/change analyst.
