**KEY ACCOUNTABILITES**

Develop an effective and sustainable change management approach for the ES3.0 Program through effective communication and stakeholder management, achieving results such as:

- Deliver a change management framework in line with the needs of the program and the wider enterprise
- Collaborate with the program to identify appropriate change management interventions based on a change impact analysis
- Implement this framework by providing training, coaching and support to the program and workstream leads and to all impacted stakeholders
- Support the development, co-ordinate and manage change management activity for ES3.0
- Co-ordinate business change champions and stakeholders and lead activity and progress reporting

**Develop an ES3.0 Communications Plan**
- Perform a stakeholder mapping exercise, including activities to test the perception of success of the stakeholders and soundness of relationships
- Perform an assessment of the current program communications
- Review effectiveness of the program’s communication tools
- Develop and execute a communication plan in response to this, including:Creation of the program communications and channels (e.g. website/newsletter/FAQs etc)
Author & manage key program messages across these channels, manage responses
Undertake communications for the Program Manager and the COO as directed
Manage risks, issues and escalations pertaining to communications
Update stakeholders with status, changes and help to manage expectations
Continually review effectiveness of the program communications plan and iterate as needed

**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in change communications, within a complex transformation environment.
- Be able to demonstrate where you have taken complex messaging and made clear, actionable comms for different groups of business stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation skills, and ability to work in a hybrid-working model, utilising online comms tools like MS Teams, as well as face-to-face meetings where appropriate.
- Hands-on in pulling together communications collateral, and competent in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Wordpress
- Degree in Business/Finance/HR/Communications or related disciplines
- 8-10 years relevant experience (Consulting/Banking/Asset management desirable)
- Excellent delivery focus and high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in communications and change management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
