**Job Objectives**
- Support employees during the change process by local change and communication managers
- Ensure involvement in major changes for all regions
- Deliver communication tailored to the audience
- Get local viewpoints/restrictions
- Speed up the change curve the delivery of change projects by reducing resistance

**Job Requirements**
- Define, own and deliver against a change and communication plan; ensuring messages are tailored for the audience and delivered at the right time using the right communication channel in a consistent and engaging format
- Make sure that all stakeholders are aware, informed, prepared and trained about upcoming changes and have visibility about upcoming events on the change roadmap
- Lead the execution of end-to-end change management activities (leadership commitment, stakeholder analysis, customer engagement assessment, organizational alignment, communications, and training)
- Conduct business readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure our colleagues are prepared for upcoming changes
- Identify stakeholders impacted by the change and set-up a right-sized stakeholder management plan
- Advise/coach on what to look out for when implementing changes
- Support leaders in the change management process and communication to their teams
- Create awareness about change management in the organization

**Job Requirements**
- Demonstrated solid understanding of organizational change processes
- 3 -5 years’ experience of driving transformation, programme management or change management role, or a combination
- Understanding of how people go through change with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, evidenced by theoretical underpinning (e.g. Kotter, PROSCI-ADKAR, CMI etc.) or relevant experiences of leading change
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units and regions to build trust & confidence
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Great communication skills, and speak and write English fluently
- Training delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
