Organisational Change Manager Role

This is a challenging career opportunity that requires a strong background in Organisational Change Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the Change & Enablement strategy and plan, which includes building engagement & communications plans, structured learning programmes, and core OCM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of engagement activities targeted at leadership teams and impact colleague population.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to successfully embed change across the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with Programme/ Project Managers, Business Analysts, Design SMEs, HR Comms, other C&E team members, and Business stakeholders to achieve programme's objectives.
  • Create and implement Engagement & Learning strategies and supporting execution plans.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Change Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply best practice methodology in an 'on the job' context.
  • Certificates such as PROSCI or Agile Change Management are preferred.
