**Role description**
This role will be responsible for sales process transformation, developing the sales process strategy, roll-out and implementation of new sales tools, driving development of sales performance dashboards. This role will also be responsible for driving adoption and implementation of CRM and affiliated tools in the market to improve sales effectiveness.
**Responsibilities**
- Sales process owner in UD International Sales
- Define, develop and drive sales process strategy and transformation.
- Develop and implement new sales tools in identified markets, while ensuring utilization and effectiveness with focus on sales performance: improve prospecting, opportunity management and proactive sales performance.
- Drive implementation and adoption of CRM related tools in the market to improve sales performance.
- Closely work with marketing and UD International markets to develop sales process, lead generation and conversion.
- Drive utilization and development of sales performance dashboards and various management reports.
- Manage timely and high quality consistency reporting with data from markets to senior management.
**Required knowledge/experience**
- Good at multi-tasking in a fast-moving working environment
- Good presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Good knowledge of working with sales systems and tools and driving change management
- Detail and result oriented, broad-based administration skill needed
- Experience from the commercial vehicle industry and work experience in UD Trucks business areas. Good understanding of products, service and customers in the truck industry.
- Strong commitment and drive to take initiatives, improve, and deliver. Structured and systematic way of working. Open minded and fast learner
- Digital transformation and introducing new digital solutions to sales representatives.
- Project management skills
- Good personality with team and teamwork
- Ability to think out of the box
